Method 2: Refreshing Teredo Service

Step 1 Firstly type CMD in the start panel searching box. Do Right-click on the CMD and select Run as Administrator.

Step 2 In the command prompt type following commands and press Enter after each of them.

int teredo
set state disabled

Step 3 Get into Device Manager again.

Step 4
 Expand Network adapter. Then  Do Right-click on the Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface and select Uninstall.

Step 5 Run Command Prompt as administrator again.

Step 6 In the command prompt type following commands and press Enter after each of them.

int ipv6
set teredo client

Step 7 Now open Device Manager and select Scan for new hardware changes at the top.

Check if the device issue is fixed now.
